How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible; usually within 3-4 business days. Because we hand pour all our candles it can occasionally take a little long especially during busy holiday periods.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times can vary but on average you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Where are your candles made?
We use 100% Soy wax in all our candles.
Do you gift wrap?
Your candle will arrive in a decorative labeled box but unfortunately at this stage we do not offer gift wrapping.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
In the very rare instance there is an issue with your beautiful Melbourne made candle, simply reach out to us at hello@frankandscentscandles.
Are your candles recyclable?
We like to think of ourselves as an eco-friendly venture and we endeavor to only use recyclable material in our candles. All our glass jars and travel tins can be recycled. What's more, we also sell candle refills meaning that your glass jar can be recycled as many times as you so please!
How do I organise a refund?
Purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however if there is an issue with your order please do reach out and we will be more than happy to try and resolve the issue for you.

Do you do gift cards?
We certainly do!! Simply click here and reach out and we will send your e-gift card to yourself or your loved one within 48 hours! Everyone loves candle gifts!

Can I get a custom made candle?!
Yes!! We can create custom made candles for weddings, birthdays, events, you name it! Minimum quantities required and turn around times may vary depending on order so simply give us a call on 0421935861 or email us hello@frankandscentscandles.com.au
Are your candles cruelty free?
Yes! We test the candles on ourselves only and our entire range is Vegan and cruelty free.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we do not ship internationally but be sure to sign up to our mailing list as this may change!
